Morgen nehme ich am diesjährigen Triathlon in Lich teil. Das ist nun das fünfte Mal, dass ich hier mitmache. Dieses Jahr möchte ich meinen persönlichen Rekord aufstellen und richtig Gas geben. Ich habe die letzten zwölf Wochen fast jeden Tag trainiert und bin sehr gespannt wie ich morgen abschneide. Die Aufregung ist deutlich höher als sonst und ich mache mir etwas Sorgen um mein Material bzw.um mein Fahrrad. Letztes mal hatte ich einen Platten und musste aufhören. Diesmal nehme Werkzeug und Wechselschlauch auf jeden Fall mit.
Aber egal wie es ausgeht, nach dem Triathlon ist vor der Pizza Mouse! Jedes mal geht es nach dem LCT zu Pizza Mouse um auszuruhen und wieder aufzutanken. Darauf freue ich mich natürlich auch.

Geschafft! 3:03 ist meine Zeit gewesen und damit das beste Ergebnis was ich jemals in der Olympischen Distanz geleistet habe, und vor allem 20 Minuten schneller als Andi 😉
Der Triathlon hat wieder sehr viel spaß gemacht und mich an meine Grenzen gebracht. Ich war schon sehr lange nicht mehr so erschöpft wie nach diesem Triathlon. Auf dem Weg zur Pizza Mouse bin ich fast vom Fahrrad gefallen, weil ich so müde war. Es ging aber alles gut. Heute, am Tag danach, fühle ich mich wieder ganz gut und bin bereit für die nächsten sportlichen Herausforderungen.
Um beim nächsten mal eine noch bessere Zeit zu erreichen, sollte ich mehr Schwimmen gehen und einen besseren Verpflegungsplan parat haben.
Ich bedanke mich bei Luisa. Sie hat mir einen speziellen 12-Wochen Trainingsplan bereit gestellt, der mir viel Power für den Wettkampf gegeben hat. Ein weiteres Dankeschön bekommt Sergej, der mich auch ordentlich motiviert hat und mir gezeigt hat, wie wichtig das Dehnen ist und das man damit seine Leistung steigern kann. Dank geht auch an Max, mit dem ich ab und zu gutes Schwimmtraining abgehalten habe. Und natürlich bedanke ich mich bei Sara und Benjamin, die mich Vorort unterstütz und mir zugejubelt haben.
